Catawba Vale Coffee Café is located in the heart of downtown Old Fort North Carolina. The coffee bar & café are inside the fine art gallery of The Appalachian Artisan Society (taasg.com) where visitors will see a wide ranging selection of true art; paintings by local folks of landscapes, portraits, wildlife and architecture. In the next building is the larger handcrafts gallery filled with personal displays of pottery, handcrafts, wood turned items, fiber art, quilting, jewelry and more.
